Bridget Girvan BVM&S, MRCVS qualified in 2005 from The University of Edinburgh and initially worked in mixed practice in Derbyshire and the Scottish Borders.

Following some spells of locum and emergency work, she diversified into industry, where she worked as a ruminant veterinary advisor with a leading animal health company for eight years.

Bridget provides consultancy work in this field while juggling the demands of a young family and farming at home.
