Kayal Patel BVM, BVS, MRCVS graduated from the University of Nottingham and began his career in first opinion small animal practice in Manchester.

In 2023, he completed a rotating internship at Willows Veterinary Centre and Referral Service, where he later pursued a specialised internship in ophthalmology in 2024.

Kayal is set to begin a European College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists residency at Willows in early 2025.
